We know exactly why you're here
Silent failures are killing your MRR.
None of these show up in your Shopify dashboard. They compound every day you don't fix them.
Revenue is leaking with no alert.
Payments fail across Recharge, Shopify, and Stripe but none of the three surfaces the mismatch. You only find out when a customer emails you.
Your dashboard shows green. Your bank doesn't.
Recharge shows active. Shopify shows active. Stripe shows paid. But the order was never created. There is no alert for this.
Support sends you in circles.
Shopify says contact Recharge. Recharge says contact Shopify. Meanwhile you're manually chasing customers and losing revenue every hour.
You can't fix what you can't see.
Without a cross-stack view, you're flying blind. The failures are real, the data exists — it's just siloed in three separate systems.
Every one of those problems?
AltorLab shows up.
We cross-reference subscription states across Shopify, Recharge, and Stripe simultaneously. Every mismatch surfaced. Every dollar accounted for. Plain-English fix actions for each one.

Failure patterns we detect
None of these appear in your Shopify dashboard.
Recharge Active, Shopify Billing Failed
PAYMENT_PROVIDER_IS_NOT_ENABLED on billing attempt while Recharge subscription still shows active. Most common silent failure.
Stripe Paid, Order Never Created
Payment succeeded in Stripe but webhook delivery failure means no Shopify fulfillment order was ever created.
Max Retries Hit, Contract Still Active
Recharge issued charge/max_retries_reached but Shopify subscription contract still shows ACTIVE.
Shop Pay Revoked, No Alert
Customer revoked Shop Pay. Recharge billing token invalidated. No dunning triggered. Silent churn.
Webhook Delivery Exhausted
Shopify retried webhook 8 times over 4 hours with no success. State permanently desynced.
Real merchants. Real losses. Currently unresolved.
“$30k MRR and we lose around $18k a month to silent subscription failures. Shopify doesn't show you why it's happening, so you're just quietly losing revenue without knowing the reason.”

“The Shop support team says to contact Shopify, Shopify says to contact them. It's a NO WIN scenario. I've wasted DAYS chasing down customers.”

“We lost about $2000 in sales yesterday from failed subscription orders, all Shop Pay customers. I don't have the problem fixed.”

Common questions
What exactly does the free scan check?
The scan cross-references subscription states across Shopify, Recharge, and Stripe to find mismatches: subscriptions active in one system but failed in another, payments that succeeded but never created a Shopify order, and billing attempts with errorCode PAYMENT_PROVIDER_IS_NOT_ENABLED. Each mismatch includes a specific fix action.
Do you store my API keys or customer data?
No. The Shopify connection uses read-only OAuth scopes. We never access write permissions. Your Recharge API key is used only for the scan duration and never persisted. Scan results are stored temporarily for 30 days so you can share the report.
How much revenue am I likely leaking?
Merchants at $20K–$50K MRR typically lose 4–15% of subscription revenue to cross-stack failures. A $30K MRR store at 6% failure rate leaks $1,800/month silently. Run the free scan to see your actual number — the average we detect is $3,200/month.
