The free scan connects to your Shopify store via read-only OAuth, cross-references Recharge and Stripe for state mismatches, and reveals up to 3 mismatches with plain-English descriptions and fix actions. No credit card required.
Can I cancel the Pro plan anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your monitoring continues until the end of the billing period.
What integrations does Pro require?
Pro requires Shopify OAuth (read-only) and optionally your Recharge API key. Stripe integration is automatic if you use Shopify Payments or have connected Stripe to your store.
How does the $49/month monitoring work?
Once you upgrade, AltorLab runs a full cross-stack scan of your Shopify + Recharge + Stripe daily. If new mismatches are detected, you receive an email alert immediately with the mismatch details and fix actions.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the scan finds no mismatches and you feel you didn't get value, contact us within 7 days of subscribing for a full refund.
